Warwick University Sports and Wellness Hub, Cryfield Pavilion and pitches
Thursday 20th and Friday 21st March 2025.
Finals dates TBC.
Format:
Assuming a maximum of 16 teams enter, the format of the competition will be 4 groups of 4 who will play 3 games of 30 minutes each way on Thursday.
On the Friday, the top 2 in each group will go into the quarter-finals of the Lewis Cup. The bottom 2 in each group will go into the quarter-finals of the Plate Competition
Teams:
The event is limited to a maximum of 16 teams. When this limit is met, tickets will no longer be available.
Squads can consist of up to 18 players
If you don't have a team, please do let us know as teams are often looking for extra players
All players must be current CSSC members
Accommodation:
CSSC provides no accommodation for the qualifying stages of the Lewis Cup, however, you are able to reclaim up to 50% of your travel and accommodation costs after the event through our National Travel Policy. Please check the National Travel Policy T&C's on our website before booking.
Price:
CSSC member: £8.00 per player (Price includes both days)
National Travel Policy:

Booking Process:
When possible, team captains should book for the whole team, one ticket per player. If team mates are purchasing tickets individually, select joining team and enter team name.
The booking process will only ask for the name and email address of players.
After booking, a form will manually be sent out to captains and individual addresses that have been provided. We ask if you could please send this around to all team mates so that they can fill out their details, CSSC membership number, emergency contacts details.
If this form is not filled out by players, they will not be able to take part.
This form needs to be filled out by 5th March 2025.
The closing date for this event is 9am 5th March 2025 - every player must register by this date.
