CSSC Bristol Area Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the CSSC Club in Filton Ave Bristol on Wednesday 29 March 2023 at 7.30pm
The committee would like to invite members from the area to come along, meet your local volunteers and learn more about what CSSC can offer you locally and nationally. The AGM is also a great opportunity for you to put forward ideas of what you would like to see on offer, and importantly take part in the election of local Area Officers.

What to expect
The AGM is a friendly atmosphere, where you will receive a warm welcome from the volunteers who run the Area and get the opportunity to let them know what activities/events you might want to see in the year ahead.
It is a fantastic opportunity to get a better understanding of what’s available for you as a member in your Area, Region, and Nationally.
Nominations for the election of officers should be emailed to Area Chair by the 22 March 2023 chairman.bristol@csscvolunteer.co.uk
The positions of Chair / Secretary / Treasurer will be available for the forthcoming year along with co-opting of area association volunteer members who will assist and support the area officers to deliver an interesting and varied programme of events throughout the year.
The AGM meeting agenda and copies of accounts will be made available to view on the night with the opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions for activities and events for the new elected volunteer group.
The committee will provide a drinks voucher for all members that attend the meeting.
