Get ready to rejuvenate your mind and body with a well-deserved 30-minute break to stretch, unwind and recharge, so you can power through the rest of your day with renewed energy and focus.
About Pip
From chair yoga to handstands and small local classes to guest instructor appearances at well-being festivals around the country, Pip has been teaching yoga since 2018. Pip's passion is to share her love for movement and how good it feels when you allow your body to move.

Any CSSC member or non-member can join this free event!
How to sign up
If you do not have a CSSC account already, please create a guest log-in when first visiting the website.
Please register for an online ticket below. The link for the event will be emailed (to the email address you signed on with) by 5pm on the 25th April.
This will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.
Additional info
You will need a clear space and a non-slip floor, preferably a yoga mat, please remove your socks.
*Whilst Pip is a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, she is not a health professional. Your attendance at this event agrees to you being fit and healthy to participate with no pre-existing conditions. Our bodies are all different and if anything suggested in the practice does not feel good for you please do not continue to push through. Listen to your body and move with intention.
