Join the East Kent at a Speedway Disco Walk! An opportunity to join us on a really fun, dancing walk overlooking the sea with a gang of likeminded people that want some fun.
Exercise and a good walk routine. It's an addictive way to spend an hour walking and dancing in a group, being led by a Nordic Walk instructor Jane.
We will meet at Speedway opposite Lidl in Folkestone to get our headphones and meet Debbie & Jane, your super friendly guides. We will then go on a fun group walk during Golden Hour and walk and dance in a big group together with Jane leading.
You can walk, you can dance, you can wave your arms in the air, bring your friends, come alone… you will LOVE this Disco Walk.
This month's theme will celebrate Pride Month with a playlist featuring the best Gay icons in music.
Get kitted up with your Silent Disco headphones then walk to Market Square where the Disco Walk starts!
The route will take us along the Leas, include a dance on the chequerboard, and a walk back on lower path.
It takes about an hour of walking / dancing, a great way to keep fit!
