White Water Rafting

Fancy having a go at white water rafting? Then come and join us at Cardiff International White Water Centre.

Groups of up to 6 will team together to negotiate the white water course at the centre.

• 2 hour session

• kitting up and a safety briefing

• Paddles

• Wetsuits

• All coaching and specialist equipment is provided

Suitable for 12 years+

You should be confident in and around water

Please bring with you Towel and Swimwear
