The day incorporates a programme of networking and social health and wellbeing activities, including an interactive murder mystery performance ‘Sister Suffragette’ from Murder57 (www.murder57.com) that will take place over a three course meal in the afternoon. Meal course preferences are taken during this booking process.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are included throughout the day and your pre booked three course meal will be served just after 3pm and throughout the interactive performance.

There will be a breakout area in the hotel bar from 11am to 2.30pm with relaxing informal wellbeing activities (e.g. colouring and games) and if you wish to sit out for a while, feel free to bring along your own portable craft activity if you wish.

Drinks are not included but there will be a tea and coffee station available throughout the day.
A meal and refreshments will be provided therefore guests cannot bring their own food – any additional food can be purchased from the lounge menu (bar area).
Attendees need to make their own way, at their own cost, to and from the venue.
Hotel overnight stay is not included, you can contact the hotel directly for further information on room availability and cost. Any additional expense to stay at the hotel will not be covered by CSSC.
CSSC members that are experiencing financial challenges can apply to the CSSC Financial Support fund provided that they have been members for at least one year. An increased subsidy can be awarded that will be considered on a case by case basis.
You will need to give a minimum of two weeks’ notice if you decide to cancel your booking to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded but your place might be offered to someone on the reserve list.
