Come and join friends, other members and meet your committee members on a walk from Hessle Foreshore to Ferriby.
The walk is along the Humber and will be held on 24 March 2024, 13:30
Starting from Hessle Foreshore (under the Humber Bridge) and walking west along the Humber Estuary, and part of the Trans Pennine Trail to Ferriby. After enjoying the views across the Humber, we will stop at the Riverside Walkway Café, where we can stop for a drink. We will then return to Hessle Foreshore on the same route. The walk is envisaged to take two to two and a half hours.

One free non-alcoholic drink for members from Riverside Walkway Café
Children (including prams/pushchairs if needed) and dogs are also welcome.
The walk is on reasonable, flat ground and is suitable for all ages.
It is advisable to wear sensible walking shoes, some of the walk is on a track rather than tarmacked surface.
When booking for your group, please enter the lead person’s contact details and as a precaution emergency contact details.
For those travelling from the South of the Humber, whom incur bridge toll fees if using the Humber Bridge, members attending the walk will be able to receive a cashback payment to refund this additional cost.
Please give your details to the committee member at the end of the walk. A claim form will then be emailed to you.
Please keep your toll receipts or supply evidence of payment, as you will need these for the claim.
Claims should be made no later than one month after the event.
