CSSC South Yorkshire Area Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 7 March 2024.
The committee would like to invite members from the South Yorkshire Area to come along, meet your local volunteers and learn more about what CSSC can offer you locally and nationally. The AGM is also a great opportunity for you to put forward ideas of what you would like to see on offer, and importantly take part in the election of local Area Officers.

The AGM is a friendly atmosphere, where you will receive a warm welcome from the volunteers who run the Area and get the opportunity to let them know what activities/events you might want to see in the year ahead.
It is a fantastic opportunity to get a better understanding of what’s available for you as a member in your Area, Region, and Nationally.
We will carry out the AGM in the DWP offices at Hartshead Square that will take no more than an hour. We will then go next door to Tenpin on Angel Street where we have booked the eat and play deal for attendees. This includes 2 games of bowling and a choice of Cheeseburger, Hamburger, Chicken burger or Plant Based burger all served with fries.
If you wish to stay and undertake other activities at Tenpin, you will then be eligible for a discount that you can choose to pay for - Laser £3 per person for a 20 minute game, karaoke £10 for 30 minutes and Golf £7.50 pp.

The AGM and bowling is free to attend for CSSC members. You will receive a ticket with your booking confirmation.
You should confirm whether or not you want to participate in the bowling at the time of booking. You MUST then attend the AGM or notify us in advance if you are no longer able to attend so that we can amend the booking. We paid for food last year for members who booked to attend but did not turn up and did not let us know so want to avoid that again.
