Chatham & Maidstone | Abba Voyage & Coach

Experience ABBA on stage in a ground-breaking concert in a custom-built arena at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

For those who missed out on the other trips run by East Kent Branch, Chatham & Maidstone Branch has arranged its own trip to ABBA VOYAGE. In view of the popularity of the previous events this event is limited to members only.

The ABBA Arena has a great variety of food and drink options for you to enjoy. There are bars located throughout the concourse serving a wide range of drinks. You’ll also find dedicated food service areas, offering a seasonal selection of hot & cold options for you to choose from.

Price

Your tickets will be handed out on the coach once everyone has been picked up, and allocated in advance. If you would like to sit with friends attending but booked separately, please email me and I will try to accommodate this.

Pick Up Points

Timings

Following the show, the coach will be returning to Kent straight away. Leaving at 21.45. The driver will inform us on the day where they will collect us from. You can leave things on the coach (at your own risk) as no one else will be using it while we are in the venue.

Notes and restrictions

The concert is 90 minutes long and there is no interval. Doors open 1 hour 45 minutes before the start of the concert (18.15). The performance will start promptly and latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. The venue advises entering an hour in advance of your concert start time to allow for ticket and security checks.

No photos

During your visit, you are welcome to take photos outside of the arena and inside the main arena concourse. However, to keep the contents of the concert a secret for future audiences, and to limit distraction for those around you, the taking of photographs or the use of audio or video recording of the concert is strictly prohibited. So kindly put your phones and cameras away, and help ABBA keep the mystery of Voyage alive.

More information

Dressing up

Many guests will want to get in the spirit of the show by dressing up for their visit, which is welcome of course. However, we would kindly ask the following very specific things to ensure that you respect both your fellow audience members and the team at ABBA Voyage:

Please do not wear so-called ‘Afro’ wigs

These wigs are culturally insensitive and not appropriate to be worn as fancy dress. If any guests are wearing this style of wig they will be respectfully asked to remove them as a condition of entry to the arena.

Please do not wear anything that lights up

Flashing lights, glowing headbands and portable neon wear can be distracting and cause irritation for others. Please leave these at home, the concert has enough lights already!

Further information

The closing date for applications is Monday 25th of March, or when tickets run out.
