Stand Up Paddle Boarding Taster Session

Whether you are an athletics enthusiast or a casual adventure fan, you would have heard of the increasingly popular watersport 'SUP'.

The SUP abbreviation stands for stand up paddle board or paddleboarding – a combination of surfing and canoeing/kayaking which involves standing on an oversized board and using a canoe-style paddle to move through the water.

Learn how to Stand Up Paddleboard with our SUP Taster Session, during the 2 hour session our instructors will teach you all the stand up paddle boarding tips you need to get started, including how to prepare for paddle boarding, how to get on a paddleboard, balance exercises for stand up paddle boarding, and of course how to get back on a paddleboard after falling.

It is required that 12 years and above are confident in and around water - you will be emailed a form to complete that you will need to take with you on the day.

No tickets will be supplied, just turn up on the day and your name will be ticked off a list.
