You’ll begin the session with a brief company history, before 2 and a half hours of hand-making Scotch eggs, including a full practical demonstration and plenty of time to get to grips with the process. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a seven-course tasting menu and take home your own handmade Scotch eggs. Top-notch stuff.
