Come and join us at Llyn Clywedog located near Llanidloes in Mid-Wales, recognised as one of the premier large still water trout fisheries in the UK.
Compete to qualify to fish in the national finals.
Registration from 8.30hrs
The event will run from 09:30hrs and 16:30hrs. All competitors must be ready to weigh-in at 17:00hrs prompt.
Pairs will fish to a 10 fish limit at which point competitors return to the visitor lodge. Time bonus will then apply. Competitors may continue to fish afterwards on a catch and release basis with the use of barbless hooks only. All returned fish to be done so with the utmost care.
Boats may choose to take a half hour comfort break during the day. There are toilet and refreshment facilities available at the lake lodge.

Competitors are asked to arrive no later than 08:45hrs, as all anglers must register with the organiser before the competition commences. Competitors may be asked to provide proof of CSSC membership.
All anglers must hold the appropriate NRW fishing licence. Proof of this may be requested.
Bookings close Wednesday 8th May.

Select the correct quantity of teams and enter the required information.
Make payment online and receive a booking confirmation via email.
Competitors will be emailed you all the details you will need, all you have to do is turn up and enjoy yourselves!
During the online booking process you will be asked for your name, membership number, email and phone contact details, contact information in the event of an emergency and any medical conditions/special requirements that we should be aware of.
After the event, you are able to claim back a portion of your travel expenses via the National Travel Policy. This event is classed as a category 4 event, therefore you can claim up to 50% of your travel. Limits do apply. To make your claim, please download this form.
No refunds due to entry cancellation or inability to attend the event will be made once competitors have submitted their entry and paid the entry fee.
