The walk is our annual coach ramble which starts from Forster Square Railway Station, Bradford.
From the walk starting point in Staithes we follow the well marked Cleveland Way signs, passing along the cliffs taking us past Brackenberry Wyke then passing through both Runswick Bay & Sandsend before reaching our destination Whitby .
A shorter walk from Whitby to Sandsend 12k (8 miles) will also be available
We will take short breaks as and when necessary with a longer lunch break at mid point.
The walk is of moderate difficultly.

08.15am - Arrival at Forster Square Railway Station Bradford (Taxi Rank nr HMRC Centenary CT!)
08.30am - Bus departs to Staithes
17.30 pm Return from Whitby Coach Park YO21 1TH
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes, ideally walking shoes.
It can get cold and windy at the coast so come prepared (hats, gloves, scarf). This walk is on a coach therefore dogs are not allowed on this walk.
Please bring enough food and drinks to last you the day - more water if it is forecast to be sunny.
If it has been raining then the ground will be saturated so expect boggy and muddy conditions for some parts of the walk.
Waterproof shoes and gaiters are recommended.
Please be aware that the bus will not have a toilet on board!
