All standards welcome to join us for an exciting day of events from long jump to javelin.
About the event
Team events must comprise members from the same Department.
Departmental entries must include CSSC membership numbers for all athletes.
Substitutions on the day will not be allowed, nor alteration of events entered.
Medals will be awarded to CSSC member s only.
*Master’s medals will be awarded subject to the medal standards published on the CSAA Website
* 3k Walk: Men and women race together but for their own championship.

Registration- £7.00. * Important- everyone must purchase a registration ticket as well as selecting and paying for individual events *

Important information
Subsistence/expenses are not paid by CSAA. Competitors are advised to submit expenses to their Departmental Sports and Recreation Association.
Any CSSC members who are not part of a Departmental Association can claim back some assistance via the National Travel Policy under the open event category.
CSSC members taking part in the event are covered by CSSC Sports and Leisure Public Liability Insurance. This policy is NOT a Personal Accident Policy. Members are encouraged to take out their own insurance policy. These events are active and athletes should be aware of the physical activities involved.
CSAA reserve the rights to cancel the championship, or events within it, if under subscribed.

PLEASE NOTE - If entering both Open and Masters age groups
Hurdles events where specifications differ you will need to compete twice in separate events. Throwing events - First 3 attempts taken with Open weight, then 3 attempts with Masters weight specification
What do I need to book?
During the online booking process you will be asked for name, membership number, on the day of the event contact details and emergency contact information. Plus any additional data capture relevant to the event only.
