Birmingham Boulderers - CSSC Bouldering (Birmingham)
Join us for a taster evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for a fun and relaxed bouldering session at The Depot Climbing Centre in Birmingham. All skill levels are welcome!
Bouldering is an exhilarating and engaging sport that has recently been established in the Olympics, making it a perfect time to get involved! With the Olympics in July, this is an ideal opportunity to experience bouldering for yourself.
Whether you're a seasoned climber or a complete beginner, this sport offers numerous benefits, including improved physical strength, balance, coordination, and mental focus. Our sessions are a fantastic way to get active, meet new people, and challenge yourself in a supportive and social environment.
Bouldering is a great workout for the body and mind, promoting problem-solving skills and a sense of achievement as you overcome each climbing challenge. Plus, it's a wonderful chance to make new friends who share your interest in climbing.
CSSC Member with shoe hire - £10
CSSC Member without shoe hire - £7.50
CSSC Non-Member with shoe hire - £16
CSSC Non-Member without shoe hire £12.50
Wear flexible or loose clothing
Climbing shoes are recommended these can be rented if you don’t have your own
Please ensure you remove all rings and jewellery

The centre has lockers, and you will need to bring your own padlock or you can purchase one for £3.50.
This is a member only event.
We will meet inside the foyer of The Depot, at 6:45pm we will leave to get changed before our session which will start at 7:00pm.
The confirmation email is your access to this event, please make yourself known to the organiser on arrival who will be wearing a CSSC T-shirt.
If you know you will not be able to make the session or are running late, please let the organiser know.
We will have a short safety talk and introductions before we start climbing.
