Socialise with other CSSC members at our Open Pike Angling Competition, taking place on Thursday 7th November 2024.
Participation in the competition is open to CSSC members only. However this year, guests will be allowed to fish the venue. Why not bring a friend to enjoy a day of angling too?
Anyone fishing this event must bring:-
their own fishing tackle and bait
a valid Environment Agency Fishing Licence
a large landing net
an unhooking mat
forceps/pliers
wire cutters
8:15 am - Meet at Venue
8:30am - Draw takes place
9:30am - 4:30pm - Fish
CSSC Member - £6
Guests* - £10
* Non-member guests will be allowed to fish the venue, but guests cannot enter the competition. Non-member tickets are sold at cost price, while member tickets are subsidised by CSSC.
The event has been subsidised by using the current subsidy sliding scale featured on the Finance policy.

After the event, members are able to claim back your travel and reasonable expenses via the National Travel Policy. To note, this event comes under category 3 therefore you are able to claim up to 50% of your expenses.
