Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. If rooms have already gone for your first choice of date, we will try for the second date if this suits. If you have only selected one date and the rooms have already gone for this date then we will refund your deposit.
There are potential engineering works at this time of year - however the exact dates are not confirmed until approximately 10-12 weeks in advance. The prices are only valid if there are direct LNER trains to and from London. In the event that parts of line are closed due to engineering works then the prices quoted would not be valid for any alternative routes to or from London therefore the trip would be cancelled for a full refund.
