Headliner: Mark Nelson - Since winning the inaugural Scottish Comedian of the Year Award in 2006, barely a year after his first-ever open-spot, Mark's mix of dark humour, cutting observations and superb one-liners has seen him firmly established as one of the UK’s biggest-hitting comedy powerhouses. He has been tour support for Jason Manford, Russell Kane & Jim Jeffries. With a likeable manner on stage belying some of the stronger content, Nelson often has audiences laughing at things they know they really shouldn’t be laughing at. Mark has sold out his hour-long shows at more than a dozen Glasgow International Comedy Festivals and performed six hugely successful seasons at the Edinburgh Fringe. In 2017 he was voted by Voice magazine as Winner of Pick of the Fringe.

Amit Mistry is an Indian comedian from Manchester, breaking out of the typical Asian career stereotypes, much to his parents' disappointment and to audience members' amusement. Expect big laughs from start to finish. ’Amit tells tales of what it is like being raised by Indian 'freshie' parents, who moved here from abroad to find a better life.
