An introduction to polo which last 1.5 hours and incorporates practicing on the ground before trying on a real polo pony. For the first 45 minutes you will learn the basics, and learn to hit a ball with a short stick.
Then you move on to a wooden horse where you continue to practice with a longer stick. Finally, you will (if you want to) get to ride a polo pony and practice what you have learnt.
Depending on progression you can play a small game after.
This event is open to anyone even if you have never ridden before.
Our second session is called Instructional Chukka.
To join this session you must have ridden a few times before.
You start by spending a short time on a wooden horse practising and then move onto the ponies where you will get instruction while riding and it ends with a small game.
