South Yorkshire | Young Frankenstein the musical (local theatre production)

Frederick, grandson of the infamous Victor Frankenstein, inherits his family’s estate in Transylvania. Alongside hunchback henchman Igor and glamorous assistant Inga he tries to resist the mistakes of his ancestors.

Eventually he succumbs and his experiment yields madcap success but with monstrous consequences.

Whether you’re familiar with the original horror movie spoof film, or new to the stage show, you’ll love this monstrously funny musical by the creators of The Producers. Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein - The Montgomery Theatre & Arts Centre.

Its running from Wednesday 16th to Saturday19th October with evening showings at 7:15 and a Saturday matinee at 2.:15.

They’ve now installed lifts at the theatre so the old problem of loads of stairs is now gone making it accessible to all.

Please note this show contains mild adult comedy and language and is recommended for ages 13 and above.
