Dress code for Village Party Nights is smart casual. No ripped jeans, shorts or football shirts are permitted.
We welcome you to embrace fancy dress however this is not obligatory!
Dietary requirements
If you or any of your party have any special dietary requirements, including food allergies or intolerances, please note this when booking and the venue will endeavour to accommodate your requirements. Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options are available for all events. Village cannot guarantee that dishes do not contain nuts or nut derivatives or that fish products are totally free from bones.
How are seating arranged
The room is generally set up with tables of 10 guests, therefore smaller groups may be seated with other guests not in their party. Seating arrangements will vary depending on the capacity of the event.
If booking separately please specify who you would like to be seated with and we will ensure you are sat together.
No tickets are provided for this event. You will be provided the name to provide upon arrival in the pre event information sent no later than 48hrs prior to the event.
