Suffolk & North Essex | Greene King Brewery Tour

We would like to invite you to join us on the Greene King Brewery Tour. The tour gives you the chance to enter the 1930’s tower brewery.

You will need to be able to climb over 100 stairs without a walking aid to see the amazing view of Bury St Edmunds from the roof.

Hear all about the brewing process and the history of Greene King. You will then go to the café to taste some of the beers. Before you leave you can choose a bottle of beer to take home to remember your day or stay for a free pint as part of your tour ticket.

There is no lift on site and walking aids are not permitted in the brewery.

You must wear flat enclosed shoes.

Format of the day

• 10.50am - Meet outside The Beer Café.

  (Suggested to arrive 10 mins prior to the history tour start time).

• CSSC Member: £13

• Non Member: £20 + £6 non member event fee

Notes and restrictions

• Please wear flat enclosed shoes (entry could be refused if unsuitable footwear is worn).

• Each CSSC Member may purchase one CSSC Member priced ticket per unique CSSC membership number, plus non member ticket for a guest (booking fee is applied to guest ticket only).

• All attendees must be over 18.

• Your booking confirmation email is your ticket for this event. 

• The closing date for applications is 12 April 2025 or when tickets sell out. 

Buying a non member ticket?

An event fee is applied to each non-member ticket. Why not make use of the linked membership scheme and earn yourself £10 by joining them up to CSSC, they will save the non-member event fee, and purchase the ticket at the discounted members rate. Invite your non-member guests to join CSSC here.
