RCSSC taster sails are tailored to guests sailing skills and experience, what you want to get out of the day and any personal needs that you want us to be aware of e.g. mobility issues.
Attendees are encouraged to take a full part in all the activities, helming, crewing etc. Or you can just sit back and enjoy your taster sail and the views – it’s your taster sail
Enjoy the serene Rutland waters in a whole new way! Finish off the day with a well earned cup of tea (or pint!) while admiring the views along the water's edge.

⛵️ Suited to all levels of fitness. Doesn't require much physical strength or mobility.
⛵️ Ideal for solo bookings! You may be taken out privately or with one other member per boat.
⛵️ Plenty of options to stay nearby. Why not plan a long weekend nearby to really savour the experience?

💰 Non CSSC Members: £39.00 + £6 non member fee
⏰ Booking Closes: 18:00 the Sunday before the scheduled taster
An event fee is applied to each non-member ticket. Why not make use of the linked membership scheme and earn yourself £10 by joining them up to CSSC, they will save the non-member event fee, and purchase the ticket at the discounted members rate. Invite your non-member guests to join CSSC here.
Please note that non-member event fee is non-refundable.
All guests will be given a full safety briefing and provided with a buoyancy aid –which must be worn, including on the jetty.
The helm is responsible for crew and boat safety.
