Please note: It is requested that those intending on shooting the afternoon only should not arrive before 1130. If shooting both sessions, only your first score will count towards final results. Please note that you can use a second bow style in the 2nd session if you choose to shoot both HOWEVER only the first bow and first session score will count. 🎯

Non Member event fee
An event fee is applied to each non-member ticket. Why not make use of the linked membership scheme and earn yourself £10 by joining them up to CSSC, they will save the non-member event fee, and purchase the ticket at the discounted members rate. Invite your non-member guests to join CSSC here.
Please note that non-member event fee is non-refundable.
ROUND: Portsmouth: Compounds will shoot at 5 ring, 3-sport traffic light style targets. Recurve, Barebow and Longbow will shoot on a standard single 60cm face. Ends will be shot in 3's, 2 minutes per detail per end.

FRIEND MEMBERSHIP, VISITORS AND JUNIORS: CSAA Friend Members, visitors and juniors are welcome to shoot but are not eligible for CSSC members’ awards. Medals will be awarded according to entry.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE: Only members of AGB, or a WA recognised Archery Society will be permitted to shoot at this event.
CAR PARKING: There is ample car parking close to the Sports Hall, but please make sure that you include your vehicles details on the attached entry form.
DRESS: AGB Dress Regulations apply (Rule 307).
TARGET LIST: Target lists will be e-mailed to all participants and advertised on the Civil Service Archery Association website. All competitors are asked to sign in on arrival where CSSC & Archery GB membership cards will be checked.
REFRESHMENTS: Tea, Coffee and squash are available throughout the Tournament. We are aiming to provide a simple buffet to be confirmed in due course.
Please note, catering is only available as stated above. If you have any specific dietary requirements, we recommend that you bring your own refreshments as required.
ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation has not been arranged. NOTE – This event is covered by the CSSC National Travel Policy.
RAFAA INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS: Any members who wish to attend the Record Status RAF Archery shoot on Sunday 23rd March 2025 please indicate on entry. The CSAA Tournament Organiser will forward the details to the RAF TO as they are utilising the IANSEO scoring app. The RAF TO will add your details to the invite list for Sunday so that you can enter their shoot online separately as per the usual AGB competition entry. Please note, there will be an entry fee for this event.
SMOKING: Please note that the Sports Hall operates a No Smoking Policy throughout the building; smoking is permitted on site but please note instructions at Assembly.
RAFFLE: The Association would be grateful if Members could support the CSAA by donating a raffle prize.
RESULTS: Result will be available on the CSAA website: www.csarchery.org.uk and emailed to participants on request. A list of trophies is attached to this entry form.
