A 2 hour session teaching you the very basics of Padel board. Led by a qualified professional, the aim of this taster session is to give yourself and fellow players to try out a new sport, introducing you to the rules and techniques as well as work as part of a team. All equipment is provided by the club.
Please be aware that comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as wearing trainers or tennis shoes. Please do bring with you a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
This taster session has been organised to give participants the opportunity to try out a new sport. With any team based sport, a certain level of exercise is required and so please do disclose any health conditions when booking and if you have any medical conditions, please do discuss with a health professional before booking.
This event is being put on in line with CSSC's Active Wellbeing Campaign. As part of the campaign, we're giving our members a 'Nudge to Budge'. By encouraging increased activity through movement, we aim to improve our physical and mental health. CSSC are putting on a number of local events with this ethos in mind.
